Unfortunately this lamp has no label. Perhaps it is a one off made lamp, by an artist or someone at high school. Very good and solid made and finely finished.
The transformer 220 volt to 11,5 volt was produced by the Belgian company EREA Energy Engineering BVBA from Wijnegem in August 2003. This one is model EREATRONIC 60i/AD. The date is printed in the middle of the label: 08/03.
In all probability this lamp was made in Belgium.
The switch of this desk lamp is made by the Italian VLM Components company in the 1990s/2000s. It is a design by Achille Castigilioni from 1968. VLM Components is located in Buccinasco, near Milan. The company is famous for the switches they produced that are designed by Achille Castigilioni. This switch is model 450. It was made after 1993; it has the European CE markings.
Many thanks to Sander from EREA for the enlightening explanation.
