Materials: Car in black, light yellow, and chromed plastic. Orange plastic hood lampshade. Stainless steel mudguards and bonnet. Bakelite E14 socket.

Not any type of light bulb can be used, a small one is preferred. The same bulb used in a refrigerator or oven.

Old Timer Ferrari
The Old Timer Ferarri company was founded in 1964 by Enea Ferrari. OTF produce several different lamps of 1900 – 1920s oldtimers, a Olaf the Viking lamp and the famous Toucan lamp. They are all on display here on Vintageinfo. All designed by Enea Ferrari.
In 1973 the name of the company changed in Linea Zero. The most famous lamps by Linea Zero are the bobblehead lamps designed in the 70s and a series of Pink Panther lamps in 1984 and Snoopy table lamps. The British Red Phone Box was designed in 1990 and the Biplane in 1993.
Beware: Never use a incandescence light bulb of more than 25 watts! The number of melted lamps is uncountable.
VLM Components
All the electric parts were made by VLM Components. The company was founded in 1945 in Buccinasco, a small village near Milan, Italy. The company became famous for the switches they produce since 1968, designed by Achille Castiglioni.
VLM is part of the Relco Group, founded in 1967. Today they are the owners of the brands Relco, Leuci, Relco Lighting, VLM and Segno. This oldtimer car table lamp is equipped with the Achille Castiglioni VLM switch model 450.
