These type of lamps always appear in the neighborhood of Milan, in the north of Italy when you find one online. Probably made by a small company that ended business a long time ago. No markings or whatsoever on it.
All the electric parts of this table lamp are made by the Italian VLM Components company. VLM Components was founded in 1945 in Buccinasco, a small village near Milan, Italy. The company is famous for the switches they produce that are designed by Achille Castiglioni.
Other lamps, in all probability made by the same company
