All the electric parts are made by the VLM Components company from Bucanisco near Milan in Italy. The switch is designed in 1968 by Achille Castiglioni, so this lamp is a most likely a bit younger.
The wiring and plug are made in the 60’s. In the 70’s VLM Components produced different plugs, sockets and wires. The Vistosi company used this type of wiring for many years.
Similar lamps were designed by Wayne Husted in the 50’s for the American company Blenko from West Virginia. Wayne is still producing this type of lamps.
