Materials: Black oval cast iron base. Black painted adjustable metal slat rod. Adjustable elongated green enamelled lampshade. White enamelled inside. Bakelite E27 socket.

Height: 40 cm / 15.74” – adjustable

Lampshade: 22 x 14 cm / 8.66 x 5.51”

Base: 21 x 12 cm / 8.26 x 4.72”

Electricity: 1 bulb E27, 1 x 100 watt maximum, 110/220 volt.
Any type of light bulb can be used. Not a specific one preferred.

Period: 1920s, 1930s – Art deco.

Unfortunately, no information can be found about the Viktoria Lampe company. It must be long gone. Everybody says it is a German firm, because of the word Lampe. But lamp is lampe in several other languages, such as the Norwegian, for instance. But in all probability it is a German lighting company.

Viktoria Lampe is also a girls name.

Many other companies around the globe produced similar lamps. It is one of the first designs at the time the light bulb was invented in the late 1800s.
