Materials: Nickel-plated square metal base, almost cubic. Saturn style middle part. Geometric appearance. Round orange fabric lampshade with 3 gold coloured aluminium rims. Bakelite E27 socket.

Electricity: 1 bulb E27, 1 x 60 watt maximum, 110/220 volt.
Any type of light bulb with an E27 socket can be used, not a specific one preferred.

Other versions: For the moment it is unknown if this nickel-plated modernist table lamp exists in other versions, but probably other versions were made.
This lamp has some similarities with table lamps designed by the Italian designer and producer Vit Kellj, but it is not.
In all probability this table lamp is electroplated with nickel. Chrome plating is different, brighter. Nickel-plated metal is darker. Chrome is a much harder metal and is more resistant to scratches.
VLM Components
The wiring, plug, switch and socket are Italian and they are made by VLM Components from Buccinasco near Milan in the 60s and 70s. The company became famous for the switches they produce since 1968, designed by Achille Castiglioni.
VLM is part of the Relco Group, founded in 1967. Today they are the owners of the brands Relco, Leuci, Relco Lighting, VLM and Segno.
