Kreo Folding Bedside lamp 5WAY – NA-101

Materials: White plastic, translucent plastic, chromed metal. Transformer inside (220 volt to 12 and six volt).

Electricity: 1 bulb 15CP – 12 volt, 1 x 12 watt maximum, 220 volt.
Any type of light bulb can be used, not a specific one preferred.

Other versions: This Kreo folding bedside lamp was made in several colours and models. This one is model NA-101. The most famous model of the company is the Kreo-Lite aiai, model NA-718. NA stands for Nanbu.

It has a retractable metal handle that is hidden in the base of the lamp. It is used to keep the lamp in balance when it is completely folded out.

The round switch on top of the base has 3 positions. Off, full power (12 volt) and half power (6 volt). The same mechanism as on the Japanese Taki light Iris table lamp.

These lamps were also sold under the name of Nanbu Industrial Co. Ltd from Hong Kong. Kreo-Lite is part of Nanbu. In the USA they were also sold as lamps made by Lloyd’s. Also with he same NA-101 number for this colour. In Germany they were also sold by Paradiso GMBH.

Kreo Co LTD was founded in 1968. Today it is an advertising company. Also Kreo Industrial Co Ltd exists. It was founded in 1985 according to Bloomberg and it is specialized in lighting. Most likely, the company was split up. Kreo Lite was part of Nanbu Industrial Co. Ltd from Hong Kong.
