Materials: Brass base, brass swing arm. Brass lampshade, white painted inside. Cast-iron counterweight, Bakelite socket.

Base: 20 x 15 cm / 7.87” x 5.90”

Electricity: 1 bulb E27, 1 x 75 watt maximum, 110/220 volt.
Any type of light bulb can be used, not a specific one preferred.

Period: 1970s – 1980s – Mid-Century Modern.

Designer: To be appraised.

Cedric Hartman is one of those designers that created several lamps in this style in the 1960s.

Manufacturer: Egoluce, Pero, Milan, Italy.

Egoluce was founded in 1978 and has been creating lamps ever since. Mostly collaborating with Italian companies and craftsmen in order to offer its clients a high tech and design product.

Famous lamps by Egoluce are: Avio table lamp in 1978, Ikaro table lamp and Ping Pong wall lamp in 1980, Master desk lamps in 1981, Tiramisu pendant lamp in 1984. Raster floor and pendant lamp in 1984. Twist table lamp in 1985.

This Egoluce desk lamp is provided with a VLM Components switch 475 designed by Achille Castigilioni.
