No information can be found, but in all probability this pendant lamp was produced in the United States of America. Many lamps in this style were produced in the US in the 1950s and 1960s.

Among others, Loevsky & Loevsky, White Metal Castings Company from Carlstadt, New Jersey produced similar lamps. The company exported their lights to Europa, were this one was acquired.

Virden, another company produced similar lamps as the ones used as a prop in the movies (below). They appear in a 1969 catalogue, not in the 1968 catalogue that you can find here on Vintageinfo.

Also on this page a smaller aquamarine/blue version. In all probability produced by the same company.

Lamps in the movies!

A very similar lotus petal pendant lamp made by Virden, was used as a prop in Ideal Home, a 2018 American comedy-drama film starring Steve Coogan and Paul Rudd.
