Materials: Round brass base with a built-in switch. Brass bottom. Brass gooseneck. Adjustable mint green conical & perforated lampshade. Bakelite E14 socket.

Electricity: 1 bulb E14, 1 x 40 watt maximum, 110/220 volt.
Any type of light bulb can be used, not a specific one preferred. For this setup a small round light bulb was used. Larger light bulbs extend past the lampshade.

Unfortunately, a long search yielded no results. The lampshade is reminiscent of some Oluce lampshades. This table or bedside lamp was acquired in Brindisi, Italy. It is a city in the region of Apulia in the south of the country.

The switch, socket and plug of this table lamp were made by VLM Components in the 60s.
VLM Components was founded in 1945 in Buccinasco, a small village near Milan, Italy. VLM Components is part of the Relco Group, founded in 1967. Today they are the owners of the brands Relco, Leuci, Relco Lighting, VLM Components and Segno. The switch on this table lamp is model 450; the small model of the famous switch designed by Achille Castiglioni in 1968.
