Speckled Globe Table Lamp
Materials: Round and flat brass base with a built-in dimmer. Hand blown crystal glass lampshade with a web of gold coloured speckles. Some metal parts. White Bakelite (urea) lamp socket.

Height: 25,5 cm / 10.03”
Base: ∅ 14 cm / 5.51”
Electricity: 1 bulb E14, 1 x 60 watt maximum, 110/220 volt.
Any type of light bulb can be used, but a small round one is preferred. For this setup a speckled one was used.
Period: 1960s, 1970s – Mid-Century Modern.
Designer: To be appraised.
Manufacturer: To be determined.
Other versions: This speckled globe table lamp exists in several variations. The glass was used for pendant lamps, table lamps, wall lamps. It exists in many sizes.
You can find many lamps online with this speckled glass that looks if it is a web or some cloth that hangs over it, all with these golden speckles.
Some say it is a lamp made by Esperia, others say La Murrina. Both companies were contacted, but both deny this was made at their premises.
