This table lamp uses a light bulb such as the Colorenta incandescence light bulb from Philips. Undoubtedly there used to be several producers of these light bulbs. Today also available as an LED bulb. It was a very popular bulb at that period. Many chandeliers were made with these light bulbs.
No markings on the socket. The switch, wire and plug are replaced. No maker to be found. It is possible that this lamp was made in Belgium, several have been spotted in recent years. Also, it is reminiscent of the art deco objects that the Belgian company Demeyere made during the interwar period. But it’s just an idea.
