ZEUS

This swirl table lamp was sold by ZEUS Zentrale für Einkauf und Service GmbH & Co. KG, a German company (Central for purchasing and service). Since January 2018 fully integrated into the business activities of Hagebau KG as Hagebau retail. It is located at Celler Str. 47 29614 Soltau, Germany.

Today another German company, DAPO (DAPO Leuchten Ambiente GmbH), sells these table lamps in 3 sizes and also in black.

Both German companies are retailers, they don’t produce lighting.

Campino

Not only the wiring of this hand blown table lamp is made in Argentina, the glass globe was probably also made in this country. Although it may be that it was made in China and assembled in Argentina. Campino is a Spanish word. There is no meaning for the word, it is a name.

In Germany Campino is the pseudonym of the singer of the German punk band Die Toten Hosen (The dead pants). His real name is Andreas Frege.

Similar lamps are sold by the Dutch Ilu di Vetro and the German companies Wofi Leuchten and Eglo. In all probability several other firms.
