Materials: 8 rectangular smoked glass slats base. Ornamental chromed metal (iron) screws. White acrylic beam lampshade. Some metal parts. Bakelite E14 socket.

Other versions: This geometrical 1960s smoked glass and acrylic table lamp was in all probability made in several versions and colours.
Veca
Veca produced many lamps in this style, usually chandeliers. All made in the 60s and 70s. They are reminiscence to the FontanaArte and Cristal Art lamps, but they are a little different. Typical is the use of green and/or blue coloured glass. In this case, smoked brown glass.
Many companies with the name Veca exist in Italy. Veca is a common surname in the north of Italy and also on Sicily. But about the lamp factory is no information to be found. VLM Components
All the electric parts were made by VLM Components in the 60s. The company was founded in 1945 in Buccinasco, a small village near Milan, Italy. The company became famous for the switches they produce since 1968, designed by Achille Castiglioni.
