Lamps in the movies!
A white eyeball table lamp with a different base, was used as a prop in the 9th James Bond film “The Man with the Golden Gun” from 1974 with Roger Moore, Christopher Lee and Britt Ekland.
A white eyeball table lamp with a different base, was used as a prop in the 2020 comical crime Italian TV series Incastrati (Stuck), Season1, Episode 1. Starring the comical duo Salvatore Ficarra, Valentino Picone (Ficarra & Picone), together with Anna Favella. The other lamp is made in the style of a Stilux lamp, maker unknown.

Materials: White painted iron half round base. Chromed metal curved slat. White painted iron globe or eyeball lampshade with a chrome ring. Aluminium reflector. Bakelite E14 socket.
Height: 19 cm / 7.48”
Eyeball: ∅ 12 cm / 4.72”
Base: ∅ 9 cm / 3.54”
Electricity: 1 bulb E14, 1 x 60 watt maximum, 110/220 volt.
Any type of light bulb can be used, not a specific one preferred.
Period: 1970s, Mid-Century Modern.

Other versions: This white eyeball table lamp was made in many colours. Also made with a plastic bottom plate.
These lamps are often attributed to Gepo, Anvia or Herda, 3 light producers from the Netherlands. Sometimes you find it as a lamp made by Hustadt Leuchten from Germany. However, these lamps were never made or sold by these companies. They were at least a big success in The Netherlands and Belgium (Benelux) in the 1970s.
These lamps were also sold by Falca. Falca sold lamps produced by Elma and Aluminor from France. Falca was an Italian re-seller. Sometimes you find a lamp with Falca pressed on the bottom plate. Also the Hungarian Szarvasi Vas-Fémipari Zrt. company produced almost identical lamps.

Table lamps like this one appear in a 1970s catalogue as lights made by Elma. Elma is a Yugoslavian electrical device company. They produced electrical household appliances and lamps from a high quality and design. Elma is located in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Today they produce transformers and relays. The ELMA TT company is consist of 4 companies based in Germany, Austria, Slovenia and Serbia.
VLM Components
All the electric parts are made by VLM Components from Italy. VLM Components was founded in 1945 in Buccinasco, a small village near Milan. VLM Components is part of the Relco Group, founded in 1967. Today they are the owners of the brands Relco, Leuci, Relco Lighting, VLM and Segno.
