Neoclassical Table Lamps

Materials: Square vanilla cream lacquered wood base. Brass ornamental parts. Round vanilla cream tube. Conical tubular cardboard vanilla cream lampshades. Gold coloured foil inside. Brass ornamental nut on top. Pull cord switches. Metal E27 sockets.

Total Height: 81 cm / 31.88”

Width Lampshade: ∅ 40 cm / 15.74”

Base: 14 x 14 cm / 5.51 x 5.51”

Electricity: 2 bulbs E27, 2 x 75 watt maximum, 110/220 volt.
Any type of lamp with an E27 socket can be used. Not a specific one preferred.

Period: 1970s, 1980s – Hollywood Regency.

Designer: To be appraised.

Manufacturer: Deknudt Lighting – Deknudt Lustrerie nv, Stationsstraat 63, Deerlijk, Belgium.

Other versions: These neoclassical table lamps were probably made in several colours and some variations.

Deknudt

Deknudt Lighting is a family owned business since 1956 and started by Armand Deknudt with the production of high end lighting, mainly with brass and marble together with his wife Brita Monbaliu.

The company still exists and since 1992 his daughter Lucia Deknudt, together with her husband Francis Clarysse are the owners. The company also produces custom made lighting and lampshades.
