Oval Ceramics & Brass Table Lamps
Materials: Round brass base. White glazed striped/ribbed oval ceramics. Embossed design in the style of a pumpkin (cucurbita pepo) or orange or tangerine parts. Brass ornamental tube around a Bakelite socket. Brown felt on the bottom of the base. Round plastic lampshades with a brown rim.

All electric parts were made by the famous Italian VLM Components company in the late 70’s, early 80’s. The VLM Components company is located in Buccinasco, near Milan in Italy. Today VLM Components is owned by Relco. It is one of the biggest suppliers of switches, cords and plugs in Europe. VLM Components became famous for the switches they produce that were designed by Achille Castiglioni in 1968.
