1950s Italian Wall Lamps

Materials: Brass and copper rods and parts. Decorative brass wall mount. Crosswise mounted vanilla-cream painted aluminium conical socket lamp holders. Bakelite E14 sockets.

Total Height (with light bulbs): 20 cm / 7.87”

Total width (with light bulbs): 24 cm / 9.44”

Height: 15,5 cm – 6.10”

Width: 17,5 cm – 6.88”

Electricity: 2 bulbs E14, 1 x 75 watt maximum, 110/220 volt.
Any type of light bulb with an E14 screw base can be used. Not a specific one preferred.

Period: 1950s, 1960s – Mid-Century Modern.

Designer: To be appraised.

Manufacturer: To be appraised.

Other versions: These 1950s Italian wall lamps were in all probability made in several colours. Many similar lamps with these conical lamp socket holders can be found. They were very popular in that period.

These walll lamps were acquired in Rome some years ago. Most likely these wall lamps were made by an Italian company. No label present. Never seen others, unfortunately.
